Centauri Research Terms of Service

1. Access & Tenancy Boundaries

By accessing the Centauri Lake Digital Twin platform, you agree to comply with the tenancy boundaries assigned to your organization:

• You may only query, insert, or modify data within your authenticated tenant context (`org_id`).
• Any attempt to circumvent PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) policies or forge JWT token claims constitutes a violation of these terms and will result in immediate account termination.

2. Simulation Compute Usage

Users are granted access to run ecological, hydrological, and pathogen decay simulations. You agree not to abuse resources (e.g. executing infinite Monte Carlo threads or automated scrapers) that degrade performance for other municipal or research tenants.

3. Disclaimers & Model Accuracy

The Centauri Lake Digital Twin generates predictions based on physical and chemical models (including phosphorus saturation kinetics, Chick-Watson disinfection, and pathogen solar degradation). These simulations are tools for research and planning; Centauri Research is not responsible for public safety advisories or water treatment modifications executed based on these models.

4. Proprietary Rights

The mathematical models, visualization widgets, and simulation engines are the intellectual property of Alpha Centauri Ventures Inc. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the source models without written authorization.
